This Refund, Returns, and Service Cancellation Policy explains how Real Extreme Touch Spa handles service cancellations, rescheduling requests, refunds, and returns of any future physical or digital products purchased through our website or on-site.

Real Extreme Touch Spa provides massage and wellness services, and may also sell physical and digital products (e.g., gift cards, wellness items, downloadable content, membership packages).

We value fairness, transparency, and compliance with the Philippine Consumer Act (RA 7394) and standard refund policies recognized internationally.

Refunds & Cancellations for Massage & Wellness Services

Because Real Extreme Touch Spa provides time-based, labor-intensive personal services, cancellations and refunds follow the rules below:

A. Service Cancellation (Client-Initiated)

  • 100% Refund – if cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • 50% Refund / 50% Credit – if cancellation is made 4–11 hours before the appointment.
  • No Refund – if cancellation is made 3 hours or less before the appointment or if the client does not show up.

B. Late Arrival

  • If you arrive 15–30 minutes late, service may be shortened to respect succeeding clients.
  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the booking is automatically considered a no-show and non-refundable.

C. Rescheduling Requests

You may reschedule only once without penalty if done at least 6 hours prior to the session.
Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may incur fees.

D. Unsatisfactory Service

We aim to maintain consistent service quality.

A refund is not automatically guaranteed, but management may evaluate cases such as:

  • Service interruption due to emergency
  • Client discomfort caused by non-compliance with professional standards
  • Inability to provide the selected masseur (where premium selection fee may be refunded)

Evaluations are case-by-case and subject to internal assessment.

Refunds for Gift Cards, Packages & Credits

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Purchased digital or physical Gift Cards
  • Purchased Service Packages / Membership Credits already partially used
  • Any promotional, discounted, or bundled offers

However, unused credits may be transferred to another person upon request.

Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

If Real Extreme Touch Spa sells physical merchandise now or in the future, the following policies apply:

A. Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as purchased
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

B. Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned for health, safety, or copyright reasons:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or personal care items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable digital files
  • Software
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

C. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted for:

Items returned after 30 days

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or sealed media

Items damaged by customer

Returns and Policies for Digital Products

Digital items (downloadables, courses, books, access passes) have different conditions:

A. Non-Refundable

We generally do not issue refunds for:

  • Fully downloaded digital files
  • E-books, PDFs, or digital courses
  • Access codes already used

B. Refund May Be Granted If:

  • A file is corrupted or fails to download
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases are reported within 24 hours
  • Access was never initiated or used

Proof of error may be required.

Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if it is approved or denied.

If approved:

Processing time generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise requested.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are refundable.
