• b) Hydrowash Massage {Bath/BodyWash (Papaliguan) + Full Body Massage}
• c) Signature Massage {Body Scrub + Bath/BodyWash (Papaliguan) + Full Body Massage}

2. Select the Duration of your Massage Session?

• a) 1 hr (60mins) - available for walk-in only
• b) 1.5hr (90mins) - available for walk-in (Regular, VIP & Exec Room) & home service
• c) 2 hrs (120mins) - available for walk-in (Regular, VIP & Exec Room) & home service
• d) 3 hrs (180mins) - available for walk-in (Regular, VIP & Exec Room) & home service
• e) 4 hrs (240mins) - available for walk-in (Executive Room)
• f) 6 hrs (360mins) - available for walk-in (Executive Room) 

3. Select your preferred location?

• a) Walk-in?
•       a.1 Walk-in: Regular Room
•       a.2 Walk-in: VIP Room
•       a.3 Walk-in: Executive Room
• b) Outcall? (Home/Hotel Service)
•       b.1 If Hotel, tell us the room #, hotel name & hotel address
•       b.2 If Home, tell us the exact address
•       b.3 If Condo, tell us the Unit # and Condo Address

4. Select how many Masseur would you like to perform the Massage for you?

• a) 1 Masseur
• b) 2 Masseurs for Twin / Quadratouch Massage
• c) 3 Masseurs for Executive Line-up Massage {available at our Executive Room Saver Package}

5. Name your selected Masseur/s

• Check the list of Active Masseurs, Click HERE.
• Or check this Summary List of Active Masseurs, Click HERE.
•         If you prefer 1 Masseur, better list your First Choice & 2nd Choice
•         If you prefer 2 Masseurs, better list your First Pair Choice & 2nd Pair Choice
•         If you prefer 3 Masseurs, better list at Five Names

6. From Step 1 to 4, check the rate & code of your preferred service package 

• Check the Rates & Codes for WALK-IN, Click HERE.
• Check the Rates & Codes for Home/Hotel Service, Click HERE.

• Service CODE
• Date & Time
• Name of Masseur/s. tell us as required in Step 5
• If Walk-in, tell us as required in Step 3a.
• If Outcall, tell us as required in Step 3b. & your Name (or Nickname)
