36. I will be flying soon, can I make an advance reservation so that I can reserve the masseur I preferred to serve me? | Sure, you can do advance reservation. Just fill-in the ONLINE RESERVATION Form. However, if you have not inputted on the form your hotel information such as Room #, address and Hotel Phone #, just text or call us to update us such info. so that we can send your preferred masseur/s straight to your hotel room. |
37. Can I go directly to your SPA if I availed more than 3 to 5 hours of your Saver's Package. | Yes, you can go directly to our SPA if you availed our Saver's Package and just inform our HelpDesk to put your things straight to the Executive Room. |
38. Can I extend my stay in the Executive Room for another hour/s? | Yes, you may inform the Manager or our Receptionist at anytime for your intention to extend. Just be aware that you'll be charged of a minimal room rate fee only. |
