2. Collection Methods and Use of Information
• We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you 
• (a) register for our services and register your email address with us; 
• (b) enter affiliate groups sponsored by us or one of our partners; 
• (c) sign up for special offers from selected third parties; 
• (d) send email messages, submit forms or transmit other information by telephone or letter; or 
• (e) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our site. We may also collect information from you at other points on our site that state that such information is being collected.
• In addition, we may also collect, or our third party ad server and/or content server may collect, certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our site may not work properly in your case.
6. Security of Information.
• At our site you can be assured that your Personally Identifiable Information is secure and consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with our user is of utmost concern to us. Your Personally Identifiable Information is protected in several ways. Since this information is not accessible from outside RET you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information.
• In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.
• Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, you acknowledge that:

Online Registration, if any

REAL EXTREME maintains a marketing database for purposes of periodically sending notices via email or via telephone conversation to people who have elected to receive them. These notices may be new product announcements; newsletters, special event announcements, related product information or other items which REAL EXTREME believes will be of interest to participants. Additions to the list are by Opt-in only, that is, participants must have voluntarily supplied information to REAL EXTREME. The information collected and maintained is an individual's first and last name, email address, and may also include postal address and phone number. REAL EXTREME collects information for the email list in the following ways:

• Online registration through the Web site
• Customer orders for products, either online or via telephone order
• Tradeshow or Special Events where by individuals supplied information directly to RET.

These methods are not all-inclusive and RET may at some time use other methods. In all cases, RET will update the opt-in database only with information voluntarily supplied by individuals.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data placed on a visitor's computer when certain portions of the site are visited. A cookie contains information that identifies individuals so that RET can analyze use of the site and make changes to better suit the needs of visitors. Cookies are not required for use on any part of the  RET Web site.

Forum & Blog Registration

 RET requires visitors to register with their names and email addresses if they wish to post messages to any of RET Forums and Journal. This information aids  RET personnel in moderating  forums and keeping their content consistent with  RET’s rules for forum and blog usage.  RET may also capture a visitor's IP address for the same purpose. As described previously, email addresses collected from forum and blog registration are posted to the email database. Users who wish to unsubscribe from the  RET email list may follow the instructions under Online Registration in this document.

General Browsing

Navigational information about where visitors go on www.RealExtremeTouch.com is gathered by  RET along with information about the technical efficiencies of the website and services (i.e., time to connect to our Web site, time to download pages, etc.). This information allows  RET  to see which areas of the website are most visited and enables the company to better understand visitors' experiences while navigating through the site, and give insight to ways to improve the quality of the website by recognizing and delivering more of the features, areas and services visitors prefer. In the process of gathering navigational information, non-personally identifiable information (for example, domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected which will provide information regarding a visitor's use of  RET (such as the time of a visitor's last visit to a page on our site).

Use of Information

REAL EXTREME does not share or otherwise distribute any information collected online by RET with third parties. In the future, should assets of RET that include the marketing database be acquired by a third party, RET  will take steps to continue the level of privacy established with visitors when they originally provided their information to  RET.
